Shipping policy

Free shipping in the US
Every US order ships free, with no minimum. Each piece is packed in a Bombyx House box and insured in transit.

Processing time
In-stock pieces ship the same or next business day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Delivery
Most US orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days after shipping.

Custom and made-to-order pieces
We'll confirm a timeline with you before we begin.

Holiday orders
For delivery by December 25 in the US, please order by December 20. Orders placed after that ship as usual, but we can't guarantee arrival before Christmas.

International orders
Shipping cost and delivery time are shown at checkout. Import duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
