Refund policy

30-day returns, free return shipping
If a piece isn't right, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For US orders, we'll email you a prepaid return label, so the return costs you nothing.

How to start a return
Email info@bombyxhouse.com with your order number. We'll reply with your label and packing instructions. Please don't send a piece back before contacting us, as returns that arrive without a request can't be accepted.

Condition
Pieces must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging.

Final sale
Custom, made-to-order, personalized, or altered pieces, and gift cards, can't be returned.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange is to return the original piece and place a new order.

Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll let you know. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.

European Union
For orders shipped to the EU, you may also cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, under the same condition requirements.
